Conceptual design for the conversion of existing Vacaville campus/site from a bio-pharmaceutical to an animal pharmaceutical manufacturing. Project included conceptual design of a new 30,000 SF building expansion which will be incorporated to the existing VMF and VPU buildings. The conceptual design entailed an upgrade to the existing central utility plant, which included new plant and clean steam systems, clean process utilities, new chilled water plant system to replace the existing, additional process chilled water system to supplement existing, water-for injection (WFI) systems, process waste and treatment, process gases, and upgrade of various site utility services.

Provided design and construction support on HVAC, plumbing utilities, process utilities such as WFI, glycol-based process cooling, high and low pressure steam and condensate return, chilled water system, RO-DI, specialty gases, laboratory air and vacuum systems for the project.
