Master planning of 16 elementary and 3 intermediate sites including the District office for the Oak Grove School District in San Jose. The scope of assessment included visual inspection of all site utility services and building mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, lighting, and fire alarm system and equipment. Assessment criteria and recommendations were based on code compliance, age of equipment and/or system, current condition, efficiency of systems, service life, and availability of replacement parts.
